Senna Leaf Powder

Senna Leaf (Cassia acutifolia, Cassia angustifolio) is used to stimulate bowel movement and alleviate constipation. Because of its laxative effects, Senna is often used in preparation for colonoscopies. Senna is also used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and to relive discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.
